Sue is a certified personal trainer that has developed a program that enhances the lifestyle of children and athletes alike. She has been a cardio fitbox instructor, personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach for various athletes and teams over the past several years. She is also certified specifically in the development and training of youth. Sue has worked with many levels of athletes from NCAA, CIS, AAA hockey players and many other high performance athletes. She has worked with athletes in various sports ranging from hockey, basketball, golf, tennis, baseball, and football. Her passion and commitment to changing lives through health and fitness is how H2T came to fruition.

Position: Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach

Alex is driven, hardworking and passionate about health and fitness, determined to help people reach their optimal health and fitness goals. He is a graduate from George Brown College’s Fitness and Lifestyle Management program and has experience as a trainer for the Upper Canada College athletic program working with students from various sports programs. In addition, he has worked with League1 Ontario, OYSL, OSL soccer players and CIS, Jr. A and AAA hockey players. As a former competitive soccer and hockey player as well as an avid runner himself, Alex understands the motivation and dedication it takes to reach your goals. As a qualified trainer and mobility specialist he strives to push young athletes to attain their maximum fitness potential both mentally and physically through strength, endurance and perseverance. Alex’s personal demeanor, and encouraging attitude is effective in enhancing athlete’s performance and realization of their capabilities.

Position: Chiropractor, Medical Acupuncture Provider, ART Practitioner

Dr. Jason Izraelski is a leading authority on sports injury management and strength and conditioning for athletes of all disciplines, shapes and sizes. With a professional attitude, higher level education and a love for working in one-on-one and small group settings, Jason works with athletes like you to outshine the competition. Whether that means keeping you injury free or helping you to reach the next level of performance, Jason can help you reach your goals.

Jason has worked as a Chiropractor and Strength and Conditioning Coach with some of the best in the athletic world, including a number of professional hockey and football players, amateur athletes and weekend warriors in every sport known to man! For the past 6 seasons, Jason has served as the Team Doctor and Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the North York Rangers Jr. A hockey team. Jason also offers off-season strength and conditioning programs to a select group of aspiring hockey players that have helped them reach the next level, including Jr. A, OHL, NCAA and CIS teams. A few career highlights include traveling with the Canadian Cricket Team for a full year, being selected as part of the Core Medical Staff for the 2011 Pan American Games in Mexico, being part of the medical staff with Hockey Canada in 2014, and winning a gold medal with the Canadian Hockey Team at the 2013 Maccabi Games in Israel.

Jason is a life-long learner, having completed a Doctorate of Chiropractic, a Master’s of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on long-term athletic development and concussion risk factors in hockey, and has completed a sports speciality fellowship. He has additional training in acupuncture and several soft tissue methodologies.

Most importantly, Jason provides more than therapy or fitness. He provides education and the tools to help you thrive as an athlete by empowering you to understand and own your body. Through hands on guidance and detailed instruction, Jason is dedicated to helping you grow and achieve your goals.

Position: Athletic Trainer/Personal Trainer

Jose is a recent graduate of the Fitness and health promotion program at Humber College. He also has a certificate from George Brown for completing the Pre-Health Science one year program. He is a certified personal trainer or Fitness Trainer with the International Sports Science Association. He has participated in several sports such as: baseball, soccer, football, and rugby. He decided to go in to the fitness industry after being a part of the rugby team at his high school. Developed an interest for human anatomy and physiology; as he got more involved with fitness and health, He learned that it's not just about exercising and lifting weights. It's also about being healthy in every aspect of your life. This got him to become a personal trainer and to help people achieve their fitness and health goals. After High school he worked in summer camps for a couple years; as a result he develop a passion and interest for youth fitness. His goal is to help kids and teens whether they are athletes trying to improve and reach an elite level of performance on the ice, field, or court; or regular individual trying to stay fit, loose weight, be healthier, get stronger. Training kids and teens is very rewarding as I am not only teaching them the proper ways to do exercises, but teaching them new exercises, new ways to increase their abilities; I am also helping shape their minds to have a healthy lifestyle.
