At H2T, we not only train athletes but also provide Family Advisor Services through avenue sports management for athletes looking to take their skills to the next level. Navigating youth sports is one thing, but making critical decisions once an athlete is 15 and older is a different journey. Our advisors specialize in helping athletes and their families find the best path forward, whether it’s for hockey, baseball, basketball, football, lacrosse or soccer.

Within Our agency

At H2T our sales director Steve Forberg collaborates closely with Avenue Sports Management as a player/family advisor to support athletes and their families as they navigate the often complex journey beyond minor sports. Our agency offers the expertise you need to understand each stage and provides guidance to help you continue playing at higher levels.

Steve has over 20 years of experience developing, training, and coaching hockey players to help them advance to higher levels. He has coached across all levels of minor hockey, including 10 years at the AAA level. With a wealth of knowledge, Steve supports aspiring hockey players aiming to elevate their game in CHL, NCAA, Junior A, and USports pathways. He ensures a positive experience, guiding you every step of the way, so your family can make well-informed decisions with confidence.

Steve is a former player himself at the AAA and Jr.A level, and represented Canada internationally. He has two sons who have gone through the journey and one who is currently playing in the NCAA at the Division 1 level.
